In mission critical construction, precision is paramount. Eyeballing and guestimating measurements is not an option - everything needs to be spot on.🎯

Our Field Application Engineer recently captured a video at one of our hyperscale data center partner's sites. The video shows a precast panel being lowered into place, lining up exactly with our hologram overlay.

By having XYZ onsite, this project team were given the confidence that every installation is exactly where it should be, creating a 'build it right, first time' culture.

Opening cuts must be precise on data center projects or they will cause errors down the line. To ensure this one was correct, our FAE measured it out in AR for millimeter precision to eliminate risk of inaccuracies

Cable trays installation inspection

Our Field Application engineer was called to ensure the containment system for the cable trays were installed correctly. Installing these incorrectly can be very damaging, as it takes a lot of time to fix. Luckily, it was done correctly this time!

Busbar clash detected with AR

Our Field Application Engineer spotted a design clash between upcoming busbar and containment installations, which would be costly to fix. Luckily, they could report it directly to the team so it could be fixed before they were installed.

Leak Wells Positioning Error

Inspecting the leak wells on our partners' projects, our FAE was called due to confusion with the sub about positioning. We discovered that the leak well at the rear was incorrectly positioned, clashing with the fire protection pipes in the model.
