Ashish Ranjan Jha joins as Head of Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence, while Joao Cerqueira assumes the role of Head of Cloud. Their appointments mark a significant milestone in XYZ Reality's commitment to pioneering advancements in construction technology and reinforcing the power of real-time data for verification, project controls and insights to deliver projects on time and on budget.

In his new role, Ashish Ranjan Jha will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive machine learning strategy aligned with XYZ Reality's business objectives. With years of experience in the machine learning space, Ashish brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His responsibilities include leading research initiatives, building and managing a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, and driving the development of cutting-edge algorithms and models to enhance XYZ's Mixed Reality (MR) platform.
